guitar tabs or chords.
Does anyone know where to send an mp3 to have someone make guitar tabs and chords written?
My daughter wants to re-record my song "Anxious Times." I need to have the guitar/piano chords written out for her. No one seems to want the job and it's not my forte either. Any suggestions would be appreciated. deb

Oh, I found it.
Do you want open guitar chords for accoustic or do you want the piece as it was recorded?

Oh wow! Really? You'll do it? Thanks so much. I'm not sure which way; I think in the arrangement it's recorded? I really appreciate this.

I just wote a good de_scription for ya but this idotic BB loggs you out at random and you lose all of your post when you hit submit...
nice coding there guys.
Anyway, most of this song is 3 or 4 note electric chords with the Chunka Chunka part being a palm muted 8th notes on the A string most of the time, but it does some different stuff on the turn arounds and the bridge. Then there's some arpegiated chords in the background on a cleaner toned guitar.
The Chords to learn are A C G D F#min Bmin.
That Bmin, F#min, of the bridge would be a real hook on an accoustic, the tune's dying for a minor chord by that time.
that cool little walk up out of the bridge is e F# e G e G# e A using the open e string, thats a groovy trick, the beatles use that now and then.
can you post the lyric for me in the order sung so I can just copy it?

Here are the lyrics. You have no idea how much I appreciate this. My daughter wants to re-record it and update the style, not so 80's. My husband Roger did all of the music in it. He died of cancer 2 years ago. I have no idea what he did on that song. I originally wrote the song as a folk song, before I even met Roger. He turned it into a rock song. Funny you mentioned some of his influences. It's actually a song about time and growing old. Most people think it's a love song. I wrote it when I was 18, thinking about growing old. LOL (I was a weird kid)
I owe you a huge favor for this. Thank you so much. What can I do for you to repay you for this? Big Huge Bear Hug xo deb
Anxious Time
What are your plans?
Who do I turn to?
Where do I stand?
Time to wonder...........but who would guess
Your precious gift.......is a ruiness caress
Anxious time.......I saw you today
drawing lines on my pretty face.
It's you, I know
So leave me be
Don't draw on me....it doesn't erase
Touch me gently
No don't be rough
Even your good times
Are hard enough
Touch me gently
Then walk away
I don't need your trouble
No time to play
Now that it's come,
what is left
plenty of hindsite...and a few regrets
I've made up my mind....to push it aside
And welcome tomorrow
No place to hide
Touch me gently
No don't be rough
Even your good times
Are hard enough
Touch me gently
Then walk away
Don't need your trouble
No time to play

I haven't forgot ya, I just have a bunch of charts to get together for my music school as the school year just started for us.
And I dont have any Word Apps here on my studio computer, I have all that stuff on my office computer.
Give me 2 days.
I'll get you an accoustic guitar chord chart and some suggested piano chords.
