Media filled morons !
Sorry guys, thought that it was about time to have a moan - what is wrong with the music charting in the world today? I was listening to BBC Radio 1 in the car today as I was travelling on a fairly long journey and couldn't believe the rubbish being played on the mainstream charts. I wonder why it is that rational human beings are being mind melded by the media about what is good music - granted some tracks out there are worthy of being in the top spots - but what about the other 95%??
Are the majority being conditioned to listen to what ever Simon Cowell and the likes tell us is good, are there not more of us out there that refuse to listen to his mediocre garbage?
Have I said enough? Just had to have a spout !

Absolutely no argument here Fyrefly!! I could not agree more about the spoonfed dribble on mainstream charts. As you mention, there are still some great songs there but the vast majority is just pure crap!
That deos leave the door wide open for us though. When people hear real music made and written with passion, they will be blown away.... at least I hope so!
