Monkey68 - Live tonight in a 3000 mile virtual poetry jam!
Hey all - it's been a busy few months for me and I haven't been writing here so much (and don't worry, I'm hard at work on new songs too!) But I have been writing at We Are Story among other places. If you've not been over there, please try it - join up, write something, tell the story.
For now, I wanted to let you that tomorrow night, I'm involved in a grand experiment. The Hermit (featuring my good friend Red) are hosting a massive event at the Shadbolt Arts Centre in Vancouver (Burnaby) - when everything goes to plan, it's going to be an amazing evening (5.30-9.00pm PST) - The Hermit playing in the round, silk acrobats, dancers, live painters, independent video and, on screen from 3000 miles away, ME(!) watching the event on video cam and writing poetry live. I'm very excited.
For those who can't be at the Shadbolt, head on over to We Are Story and you'll see a link labelled 'Live Event' - that will get you there, though nothing will be there until tomorrow evening.
