chemical body-reaction to great music
I just found a very intresting post on another musicforum and was wondering if anyone here has heard of this phenomena.. ?

When we listen to music and enjoy what we're hearing our blood cells expand by thirty per cent allowing for better blood flow and a greater acceptance of oxygen to these cells. When this happens we feel much better, a bit more lifted and alive. This process doesn't happen if we listen to music we don't enjoy. This conclusion was discovered only months ago. It makes perfect sense. That's why we feel so good when hearing our favorite tunes.

no I guess the news is that they have found out what the good music changes factually, there has been many experiments with plants and the like proving that music makes a positive difference. But supposedly about 2 months ago they realizes how it makes that difference for us.

Thanks 4 the link.. there should be some more recent discoverys, but I havent seen this before and goes in the same lines.. :)
