Song not streaming
Hey Folks...can anyone think of a reason why one of my songs REFUSES to stream?

"When I Was a Little Boy" isn't updating on the players I have placed, nor is it showing up when I click on "Stream All" on my Artist page.

All my stations are streaming this song when the Stream All button is pushed....just not my artist page.....I am stumped!....HELP!

Hey TW - sweet picture with that song.
May I suggest that you re-upload the MP3 file for that song, it might have gone missing from the IAC server.
So log in to your account, select that song, don't change anything else, just upload a new MP3... that should fix it.

The first thing you can do when you run into an odd song not playing or updating is refresh your song order (for page streaming) or station order (for station streaming), this creates a new xml file.

Willie we have a dedicated support hotline, our tekkies know more about this stuff than anyone, I recommend if you have issues like this you just drop a note to iacsupporthotline@gmail.com as we've tried to keep the support issues off the pipeline.

Texas Willie, I see you reuploaded the song but since it showed up in new releases I assume you deleted the original on your page. As Susan said, all you need to do is click on the song and reupload on the song edit page itself and you can keep your stats and stations. Once you delete a song you lose all those things.

Thought I'd post this and explain again for everybody.
