St Patrick's Day
To all those of Irish decent. Hope you enjoy the St Patricks Day celebrations this weekend and St Patricks day on Monday. A special thankyou to Fred E Jam who runs FJam Online Collaboration studios for all his help with production of DirgeK's music over the last year and his friend Joe Rock for the beautiful song ' Just One More Time' which he sent me on St Patrick's Day last year and which is on DirgeK's page and "Stairway to Heaven' station.

I love the little people :) You cannot get much better than an Irish musician or a beautiful Irish vocal. I think it's was funny how the Irish entry for the 'Song for Europe' gets worse every year now - it's obvious they don't want the expense of winning any more after holding the record for the most successes.
I will have to dig out my leprechaun song for the occasion - I left it in a pot of gold at the end of a rainbow burried in a shamrock patch I think :)

There was a great programme on BBC 4 about the history of Irish music last night Friday if you get a chance to watch it on iPlayer although only available in UK. I have always loved Irish music since I was a student especially the blend of mandolin and fiddle.
