Many site functions are back working now,
and all will be in upcoming days.
Please feel free to report on anything you experience that is not working yet, here or via email to the support hotline.

Hi Bam,
the "Who's On" http://iacmusic.com/Pipeline_Recent_Logins.aspx

My artist page is a complete mess - your section headings in the wrong place, song list on top of artist description, text on top of other text - it's an illegible mess. I am using Firefox V3.6.

---- Updated 2/12/2011 7:11:20 AM
My song page is totally scrambled and unreadable in Safari and Firefox as of this morning. Everything is overlapping and jumbled. Also troubling: This morning I was able to get into my artist area without logging in. After restarting the computer, the login problem was gone but that never happened to me before where I could access secure areas without logging in.

Thank for the reports. Those display issues, having to do with application and subsequent rollback of a service pack, have now been resolved.
Richard, if you were able to access your own admin area, it means by definition that you were still logged in as yourself.

Thanks, Bam, for fixing those problems so quickly!!!
As for the log-in problem. I was not logged in at all when I went to my artist area this morning. No one else uses my computer and I assure you that this happened. But everything is working well now so don't give it a second thought.
Glitches come and go. It's no big deal. Thanks again for your technical expertise and good "people skills". The latter makes any technical problem less stressful.
