Hello it's me, Stegor, of Bat Lenny, re-introducing myself.
I decided to set myself up as a Pipeliner in addition to my band page because I'm not really Bat Lenny, I'm Stegor. Actually I'm not really Stegor either, I'm Greg, but my nickname is Stegor. I never liked the name Greg because it sounds too round.
So hello to you all! I enjoy the wide range of personalities here and I feel like I can relate to every one of you at some level or another.

I'd love too know how a name sounds "too round" Do you mean it sounds like you could be chubby? It doesn't have any round vowel sounds in it so maybe it's just a name that has 'been around a bit' or one that gets kicked about...mmm..?
What does Stegor sound like and what does it say about you...it reminds me of a Nordic caveman I think. Did you know that my name means 'truth' ?

The round thing goes back to when I was a kid. It must be the "G"s that made it seem round to me when I was learning to write it. My daughter told me our last name "Mathieson" reminded her of pretzels. Wha...?
I like the Nordic caveman image. It's actually a combination of Gregor and Stegosaurus. If you Google it you'll find me and a silverware pattern.
It's a topic in itself - words and names and what do they make you think of. Is Verity your given name or did you take it? Actually you probably already told us but I have a bad memory for names. Connecting them to faces has always been a problem for me and you don't seem to have a face...? I love mystery.

Thanks greg.. er.. stog.. er.. grog. I love my name and I'm so glad I didn't get my sister's name Patience, that just wouldn't be me - or even worse my parents might have gone for Chastity. Unfortunately I married a man and took his last name 'Keen' - Everyone thinks this is real funny - "Very Keen" get it ?
Anyone else got a name that we could laugh at?

That's OK Music Mistress, we all know what you're like (DON'T DO IT AGAIN HOWEVER) but the funny thing is you're not far off right. I don't have a sister and I'm not married Verity Keen is what I was landed with, don't know if anyone realised at the time - V

So when you have to put your name down last name, first name ,then you are basically, a "KEEN TRUTH". Very Cool. Well let me know if you ever find out what Kenyon means or even is.... It is my real name however not first or last just my name. hahahaha
Stegor, cool on the pipe line thing. Stegor would be a cool band name in and of itself :)
