He doesn't understand internet lingo???
"Could be my kinda guy."
Checked out your page and added a toon. Everything sounds very natural and original. I can't believe you can't find a bass player.
Loved the story-telling as well.

IMO = In My Opinion.
A very useful and respectful way of differentiating between absolute fact and personal opinion. Its use serves to offer the poster's respect for other opinions which may differ or be diametrically opposed.

Oddly enough I came across an IAC member recently who didn't understand what
"NB" or "nb" meant and I use it a lot in my posts. Now I'm English/Aussie so I'm wondering if anyone else is confused or just Americans?

ROLF typical for "rolling on the floor laughing"
or
LMAO "laughing my ass off"
Why the hell can't we just type what we mean? Do we really need to simplify everything?
Somethimes the long road is worth the effort. Then we wonder why people speak unintelligable these days. Too much chat lingo exists.
so TTFN= ta ta for now
Gtg= go to go and actually write something with no abreviations.

Verity, I'll draw on my high school Latin class for "NB", and guess "note well" or, in Latin "noto bene"?
Data Thieves, Thanks for the correction and definition.....
there oughta be a dictionary!

In Latin it's not "noto bene" but nota bene = take special note.
NB could be New Brunswick!
