Hi everyone,

I hope that the week went well for you guys as it was an amazingly productive week for the Saints.

Without wasting any time, here is the news of the week: Firstly, a very happy birthday to good friend of the Saints Dan Adair (of Snatch). While Stroker and I were committed elsewhere for the evening, we understand that his birthday bash was a rockin' good time. Dan has been kind enough to join us for our last couple of jams and has been an excellent influence on Saints both musically and otherwise during that time. The announcements that we have been talking about for the last couple of weeks are still a week or two away from being public, but we promise, it will be well worth the wait.

As for the new Saints songs, we find that every time we seem to be happy with something, it gets re-arranged or something is added. It can be a tedious process, but it ends up being well worth it in the end. Look for your new look Saints to take a much punkier edge in the coming months as we return closer to our roots (in terms of influence). As I write this I'm waiting to make the long trek from Toronto's east end up to jam in Kitchener and I'm not looking forward to the snow-bound journey, but such is the way it goes!

And now, as always, the three things that I've learned this week:

1. 13 and a half hour workdays are overrated.

2. It appears that the best wood stain for a trophy is a dead heat between 12 year old Canadian Club whiskey and Jagermeister. I still like the darker hue of the Jag.

3. Even when I'm the biggest jackass in the world, Strohack is still cool. Thanks, Steve.
