OF ALL THE THINGS WE'VE MADE
It is not supposed to be taken too seriously from OMD fans,as it is more so an experimental edited version, without the distinctive guitar sound of the original and it was done an afternoon of the summer, during a break from the recording of the album.
The toy-piano melody is beautiful and nostalgic,as an outcome we did this video, that is just a loop of Magdalena coming back from the beach in the back of a car.
With an added effect like an old super 8 film, like someboby's memory.
Because this is what it's all about! It is fun to experiment!

THE SOUND OF SEXY MACHINES
Those stills were photographed earlier this year, while "Sexy Machines" is another exersice of minimal electronic esthetic, the repeated automated rhythm, with live electronic percussion over the metronome, dressed in bass distortion. And the video is another distortion, this of the images, negative film and heavy contrast or simply any effect fitted the sound and every mistake included as part of the process.
It is under the label of experimentalism! Again! Somebody to blaim?
