Tom, I'll be amazed if you don't love that movie. I'll buy your ticket if you don't love it.
I never heard of M. Ward before, so I don't know why he goes by that. Tani's heard him before and says that is just what he goes by, but he was real good. You'd like his stuff a lot.
He started with acoustic stuff, and then later he moves to a hollow bodied gibson through a fender tube, and man, one thing for sure, he understands just how nicely toned a guitar can be.
Very good tunes, good lyrics, good voice.
Cool band. Mixture of young and older people. He's maybe 30, but the band seems to range from maybe twenties to sixty, and that was kind of cool.
But both these things I saw were just artistic, and I felt like it was a good night.
That and Tani was visiting, so it was all gonna be a good night anyway...
