Download "Prelude" for free
Greetings to everyone. We are Five Sorrows, a one (though sometimes three) piece project from Kansas City, MO. Five Sorrows has been in existence since 2003. Our music can be described as sounding like "Danny Elfman, Trent Reznor and Ice Cube fighting over the radio station" due to the fact that we combine many different elements together to form our unique sound. Our debut EP, "prelude" was released in 2006 and we are currently working on a full length CD.

In celebration of the fact that the debut Five Sorrows EP
"Prelude" is now unofficially out of print and sold out, we are
releasing it in its entirety for free via torrent on the Pirate
Bay. The download also includes all original (and slightly
modified) artwork found on the CD. The Pirate Bay URL is
here:

http://thepiratebay.org/tor/4069355

or you can simply search for it.

It is our hope that you will download it, enjoy it and maybe
even share it with your friends.
It has never been the intention of Five Sorrows to make music
for any sort of monetary gain but mainly to create, express and
share the end result with people who might enjoy it, which is
why we are releasing it for free.
However, we also ask that you understand that Five Sorrows is
entirely independent and the process requires much time, energy
and obviously money. Prelude is also available for purchase on
iTunes(U.S. and UK), eMusic, Napster, Rhapsody and GroupieTunes.
Should you download and listen and feel like supporting us
through one of these outlets as well, it is always appreciated.
It is not required, though. Above all, we only ask that you
enjoy it and share it with others.

Keep checking back as we will be updating soon on the new
material we have been working on and even posting some new
demos.

Also, if anyone is interested enough, we may make some of the
multitrack files from Prelude available for you remixers out
there.

Thanks!

five

Being a fan of your three main influences (Danny Elfman in particular), I will definitely be checking out the Prelude material. I have a torrent downloader, but it works in a haphazard fashion (besides, it eats up bandwidth that could be used to listen to streams), so I'll probably go the eMusic route- I have an account with some downloads available. Cheers.
