Radiohead.
Pleased keep in mind that I like Radiohead, I just don't think that they're the second coming of The Beatles.

Bob Dylan (as a vocalist) One of the best songwriters that ever lived! But he sings like a frog. Poor diction, terrible tone control, amateur vocal technique and no vocal power. Go ahead and hate me for it but the emperor has no clothes on.

Radiohead. even though i cover Street spirit which is brilliant. Later they tried to do this dance crossover which was not very good apart from a couple. It did not have cohesive style of there earlier music

Again, goddamn I have totally different music taste than this group.
I love Radiohead. I also love Michael Stipe.
I love Sia, I love Adele, Madonna, Michael Jackson, but John Mayer can pound it, that one, I agree with.
As far as overrated, Kurt Cobain, The Beatles?
You know who is underrated compared to Cobain and the Beatles? Danny fucking Elfman, and yes, Bob Dylan's voice sounds like a kazoo having an asthma attack. How about Joni Mitchell? I really don't like her music that much either.
Crosby stills and Nash sound like a three way cocaine fest gone rediciously too far.
I could go on.

Maybe it's the overexposure talking, but also overrated:
Jack White
Dude is a good guitar player, but not as great as he (or many other folks) thinks that he is. And he's not a great songwriter, either. Writes mostly riff-based stuff with inoffensive, unremarkable lyrics… like a poor man's Led Zep.
Don't get me wrong, I liked the early White Stripes stuff. But too much Jack makes for dull listening.

Re read my comment. It is a rhetorical question, raandy.
Supposing they were overrated.
I don't listen to the Beatles on my iPod, but I have nirvanas pretty songs.
Judge away, asshat

Actually, they are.
There. Over fucking rated.
A bunch of screaming little girls losing there minds over a wave of fame and good looking white boys.
Two examples of simpletons with a smile broadcast on the tele making pubescent girls leak in their training bras.
Fuck you, haha!

well, people are allowed to have any tastes they want. I've met people who think Yoko Ono's music is better than John Lennon's.
That said, respect thine Beatles, they are the best that ever was and the best that ever will be.

Sinatra is not over rated. He was the best interpreter of his kind of music ever.
