"Welcome to the Jungle" and "Sweet Child of Mine" are excellent songs, however...
I can't stand Axl Rose's voice, it absolutly grates on me...and his little waying back and forth dance makes me ill. Slash is a solid rock guitarist, and when the members broke off to form Velvet Revolver with a much better singer in Scott Weiland I liked them much more.
Axl Rose has an album that has been in the works for years, I have heard is is so terrible it may never be heard. Did I mention I hate the man's screech vocals??
Arrgggh Of course that is just my personal opinion....I am sure some like him.

Appetite For Destruction is a stone-cold classic. Absolutely no filler.
But after that, it's a serious drop in quality.

Agree with Traeshy.
Also with Jeff about Axel's whiny screech of a voice.
