NEW MUSIC/DEMOS The Black Orchids
We threw two demos up "Lesson for you", and "It's all the same".
Please note these are "rough", no editing what so ever.
These are just me, jen (it's all the same), and ash (Lesson for you).
I used an mpc1000 for the drums, and I forgot quanatize them for It's all the same,
so you'll hear some kicks out of time..I know about them.
This is how The Black Orchids works.
We write, record demos like these, and then bring
them to our drummer and away we go.
I won't be leaving these up forever, but we really do
want to know what you think. Just be nice!

I forgot, yes that is a telephone ringing in the background
around 0:50 in Lesson for you. It was added naturally LOL

Hello Doug ...

I enjoyed both tunes ... "Lesson for You" is a bit guitar heavy for my taste, I like a little more space ...but hey who am I ?

Now "It's all the Same" is absolutely fantastic IMO ... (and it was even better the 2nd listen) ....

Thank you, Sam. We put these together in my garage studio
which is a bit dated and cheezy.
We're going back into a real studio soon, but I wanted everyone here
to have a listen and get some feedback on the material.

they both sound ok....'Lesson 4 U' should be faster me thinks...then the tune will
come 2 life more....jmop
