It cost quite a bit to keep that running and the listenership was minimal. Please send site issues to iacsupporthotline@aol.com, they don't belong on the pipeline as in the rules.

as long as IAC is alive and kicking!
you & your team do a great job, Toby, thank you very much for that! And we perfectly understand that priorities must be set (cost effectiveness etc.)

Great news about CASHBOX including the indie charts again.... now if they'd just add LIVE RECORDINGS or Hard Alternative genres.... then folks like US could "make it" to the charts.
Hmmmmm... guesss I'll just have to hope SUN IS RISIN' goes from no. 42 overall, back up to somewhere in the top 10 of all genres... so we get in CASHBOX finally -- we were once in the UNDERGROUND 40 -- but it was during the period where IAC Artists were NOT included for CASHBOX. DOH!
I've heard that the Rolling Stone looks at the CASHBOX IAC Indie charts ALSO -- Does anybody know if that's true?
Anyhooo.... Thanks for all YOU, Toby, and IACSupport do to keep this high-quality indie music site goin'. I'm sure your aware that many of us Artists who are as yet undiscovered, prefer IAC to ALL other music distribution sites.
This site rocks - bottomline. -pHLeGm

Cashbox is way overhyped amongst the artists here. IAC charts (based on Quantcast for instance) probably get 10 times as much traffic as them. Furthermore, if you just look at who they feature on the cover of their site weekly, you should put 2 and 2 together and know that no way would the snotty hipsters at Rolling Stone pay any mind to Cashbox.

point taken, PB.
I guess that makes sense.... I've never gotten along to well with "snotty hipsters", and sadly, they're usually the ones that control the "indie" aspects of the powers-that-be.
I'm actually quite suprised that IAC has lasted this long WITHOUT a complete "snotty hipsters" takeover.
Here's hopin' that trend continues...
CHEERS!
