Song Mastering
I need an advice on how to deal with this situation. I submitted 4 songs to be mastered 6 months ago. I haven't received them yet. When I contact the administrators, I get no response. I respect IAC so much, and I don't want such an issue to influence my respect for this site. So, please, anyone tell me how to deal with it. I would welcome advise from the IAC administrators, on when I should expect to receive the 4 songs.
This is a desperate, last resort after my emails went unanswered for 6 months................

I have knowledge of some of your queries, and am abashed to discover we are remiss. Please write to me at support@IACmusic.com with the details of the songs submitted - when date, what is name and songID, for each missing. I will determine where they are and shepherd the process of delivery.
