Why Can't I Get a Reply from Support?
I've written to support on several occasions in the last few weeks, but to no avail. There has not been one single solitary reply. What is the use of having a support hotline when no one responds to the emails sent to them?

Could be they are engrossed in reading the "Life after Death" blog and forgot to check the mail ....

or possibly trying on their nurses uniforms .... . :)

Bryan, I found one support email from you. We thought it had been answered by somebody else it was forwarded to, so our apologies. Normally we answer everything quickly but this required going to the mastering people to inquire. Anyway I'll find out specifically your answer by tonight sometime.
