Hi my dear music friends - I'm sorry I've been absent I've been spending time with my father who almost made his 95th Birthday which would have been on May 6th.

I was priveleged to spend the last couple of weeks visiting him at hospital where he passed away on Apr 27th. We had the funeral on Monday.

My parents divorced when we were young and I only used to see him about twice a year and as a result my memories of our days out stand clear in my memory.

He always stayed in touch regularly and as adults we had a really wonderful relationship. I wrote this song about him on my first album - I hope you enjoy it.
