Where Did It Go So Wrong?
Here's a demo of my sixth new recording - I've only got one more to record so will probably release them one at a time on Bandcamp as goodness knows how long it will take me to write enough to finish a third album haha!!
Hope you like this one - I wrote it in 2005 when my second marriage went belly up and it's taken me till now to be able to bring back the memories without getting too sad to record it!
It's not my usual style - more of a ballady, soft rock maybe genre? What do you think?
I'm very happily married now but it took a long time to get over a second divorce!!

Chandra that was beautiful, and absolutely the most charming breakup song I've ever heard. :)

Why does that make me think of early Glasto. It could use a jazz style brush kit i can hear that also a bit of verb on the top end not much. Not your 3am kebab style reverb more your posh restaurant reverb where it,s there but hardly. The mix is good overall though

Thanks Paul - yes not mixed yet. I wrote it a long time ago - 2004 - not my usual style and couldn’t bring myself to record it till now because of the feelings it stirred up! Thanks for your suggestions x
