I use this method to update my mp3s;
Login to your artist page, Look for "Your Songs"
Click Edit/Update Song Details/mp3 files
your edit songs page will open,
Choose/click the song to update,
That should open the "Edit Song" page
Scroll down the page until you see "mp3 for streaming"
Click the Browse button and an upload box should open,
Browse to find your new mp3 on your computer,
Then click the Upload or Update button.
That should do it.
Any probs, just gives a shout :)
