Sad, but true, story
My new song "Perfect Fool" is all about me and this crazy relationship. My girlfriend says she can't be with me anymore because I don't believe in her psychic abilities. THOUGH I AM THE OTHERWISE PERFECT BOYFRIEND!

I still feel the perfect fool, even though she has come around to accepting me as I am - a non-believer. For now , we are together, but I never know what tomorrow will bring with her. She is full of surprises. Great for my songwriting, though.

Maybe she DOES have psychic abilities...keep an open mind, lest you discount a reality, yet unknown to you. However, she shouldn't have left you for that! You're probably both better off. And, besides, there are 'plenty of fish in the sea'. Find one that isn't so obsessed with their own perceived "abilities".
Sorry about the pain. It's good you put it into song, now you can move on.
