Critique my domain site, anybody?
I know it doesn't look that great but what do you think about the arrangement, the clearness to navigate it?

The sites all look the same from group to group... I hate small little text all scrunched up together especially when it's muted because of the color combinations being used...
Everything is to the left (not politically)... makes it look like it wasn't thought out by someone who creates webpages.
Doesn't look professional i guess.
I went through it and watched some of the videos...
All that aside I like your music and the projects you've worked on... If I was to critique any of that i would simply bluntly tell you you have some good material but you need a much better singer.
That's not a little thing... it's just about the most important thing.

Thanks for checking it out. In regards to the singing, it's the voice I've got, I'm ok with it. Usually girls like it much better than guys do.

Yeah I get the I'm ok with it... we are who we are... but if you truly have lofty goals... ok isn't going to get you there.

Those often don't work, especially if you have AOL or something. thanks for checkin' it out.
Jeff, tell that to Dylan or Neil Young, I'll put my voice up against those guys.

People love Dylan's voice... it may be an acquired taste some never get.
But those guys are stylist imo. Not so much a "singer" So yes there are those with less ability... than a Freddie Mercury but take the whole picture when you do.
Not trying to put you down just my opinion. I find this to be a common thing with indie Artists.
When you played in a band say in your youth... were you the singer? Did people tell you what a great voice you have? Something tells me... no.
If not how is it any different today?
Really good singers are the most difficult piece to find... it defines a band a sound. And it's washed over like anyone can do it because everyone has a DAW.
Even ALJ the guy who left... wrote a lot of good songs he just needs a better singer... imo.
It's like no one can hear that without being offended.
Everyone seems to fall back on Dylan, Springsteen, Young, Reed, etc... (man that's some serious songwriting there.)
OK if that's what you are then there's nothing left for you to do but to keep doing the same thing.
But you seem to be discontent with your results I'm just telling you what I see/hear.
This is getting off your topic sorry for that... like i said jmo.

I love a lot of different voices. But it definitely changes things drastically when a band has a top-shelf singer.

As for results, I don't really believe the cream rises to the top regardless. but just because certain people don't like my voice that doesn't make it a given that there aren't others that do.
