A Painful Lesson I Learned
Since Monday, I still beating myself up, mad, depressed and, you know, facing adversity. I deserve it. I'll always getting close to my destiny. Negative voices in my head from the past is coming back again. I got a empty hole in my heart. In the end, it's over. Fans, I don't want to talk about it. Why? Because it's true. But, they don't know what I've been through. All the anger. All the rage. Fans, you know my heart. I'm still here with you. You're still here with me. Thank you and may God be with you! xxxooo Shawn.

In 2003 I suffered a stroke. I was in the hospital for several months. I was paralyzed from the waste down on the left side. I couldn't walk or anything. But then one day i woke up and there was an intense pain in my left foot. Before long it had travelled all the way up my leg. My doctor came and examined me. He was so excited and happy. I asked him why and he said because I was in pain. That meant that I could feel shit in my leg and that my left side was reawakening. Now, you're probably asking what the hell does this have to do with your post. Its very simple Man, the pain that you feel? It is simply an indicator that you are ready to heal. No doubt that you have been through some things. I can relate as I have been through some things also. But the point is that you made it and you can still feel pain. The time to be concerned is when you stop feeling anything anymore. But right now, your heart is open and ready to heal. I can't tell you how to fix it because we are all on our own journey. What works for one may fail another. But I will tell you how I fixed my emotional pain. I went to therapy. Did six years of PTSD therapy at the Veterans Mental Health clinic and it helped me to deal with my pain. Not only my war pain, but all of my emotional pain. If you are depressed, sad or angry a lot, it could be something that can be better managed by professional help. I am so grateful that I showed myself enough love to get myself help. It was a life changing decision that I will never regret. Something to think about eh? Much Respect, Stoneman
