Thank you, 2024
Dear 2024,
As I reflect on the journey that has brought me here, I want to take a moment to share my thoughts. I've dedicated myself to resilience, striving to be my best through all of life’s ups and downs. I've tasted success and faced challenges, navigated comparisons and risks, experienced the thrill of wins and the lessons of losses, and embraced everything along this diverse path.
I’m writing to reassure myself after everything I’ve been through over the past eight years—years filled with performing, writing, producing, singing, and songwriting. It hasn’t always been easy, especially with the loss of a loved one in my family weighing heavily on my heart. Acknowledging this loss has been crucial for me.
Though I often felt a lack of support from my fellow musicians and fans, I made it a priority to uplift them in return. As I leave you, 2024, I want to express my heartfelt gratitude for the belief, trust, and understanding you’ve inspired in me. You’ve made this journey possible. I feel incredibly blessed and favored.
I've focused on finding my center and staying motivated, inspired by the grace of God. As I step into the next chapter of my life, I carry these lessons with me. Thank you, 2024!
With hope,
Shawn Adam Williams; The Southern Underdog of the Blues

Keep ascending towards your true destiny my musical brother! May God's blessings continue to inspire you with love and guide you through whatever else is coming. One thing I have learned is that there is always another shoe about to drop and you never see it coming. But his wisdom is contained in the spiritual walk with God. Hold on to faith and nothing can come between you and the blessings that lay before you waiting to be yours. You talent is the ift. Let your life continue to be an extension of the gift to the world. Or, as the old sista's in church use to say" : Get up there and let your light shine. You got this! Much Respect, Stoneman
