My 4th Golden Kayak Award and an Acceptance Speech
FINALLY! I won my 4th Golden Kayak Award for Best Male Artist! I’ll cherish this moment for the rest of my life. Why? Because you’ve shown me the ropes in the independent music scene. This marks my fourth Golden Kayak Award this year, and this is my second time in five years, and with my two singles, "Rattlesnake" and "Highway 61," being nominated, I feel incredibly blessed. I want to express my deep gratitude to all the local and indie artists out there; you have truly inspired me. I thank God for this opportunity. In closing, I want to acknowledge how thankful I am for each and every one of you who have grasped the profound lessons this industry teaches me along the way.
