Who are the the Roving Gypsies and what does a Roving Gypsy do here at IAC?

Roving Gypsies is a collaborative effort of the insane monumental skills on Drums and Guitar that will plaster you to the wall Mr. Grant Seiferman

The other member of this party is the Bass player and Singer Ken of TSC and various other IAC Anons

Mr Grant creates all the musical work so all the mesmerizing guitars and drums you hear thank Grant. He is the man. Hell yes he is.

Ken writes all the lyrical content with some pounding bass to shake the plates in your sink.

Together with online file sharing we create these works with which we hope to surprise and beguile the listeners with our Atmospheric\ Doom\ Sludge \Garage band style we keep it down and dirty just the way we like it.

All we ask is you give us a chance love us or hate us a chance is all we ask to win over your ears. Stop on by and give us a try we don't bite.

We also enjoy a variety of other artists here its a very talented group that we are happy to be part of the dysfunctional family.

Glad to see the Gypsies on IMP at last! I have been fortunate to hear these songs in advance, and they are all a mesmerizing experience. Seismo is right, Frost is tremendous. I am also a big fan of Rising Stars. That chorus packs a massive earworm that will stay with you for hours.

It might take a bit of effort to feel the hooks given how the vocals blend in with the music, but it's worth it. There's a certain magic to this textured approach.

Well Thank you for the warm welcome Mike! We are a Mike Lance fans for sure. That finger style guitar of yours is amazing.

We wonder did you mean the chorus in our song "Never Quit" You seemed to like that one when it first launched. Rising Stars does also have a pronounced chorus so we welcome anything you have to say.

We thank you for the mention of Frost and Rising Stars in one breath that is truly spectacular.

Overall we want our vocal presence to blend in and swirl with the atmosphere and not over power the mix but we may raise the vocal on final mix. a few others mentioned this off the site so we are considering it heavily.

These are our proof of concept demo's where we can get the kind feed back like you just offered which is most helpful so thank you for sharing your opinion that is what we want direct fan interaction.

We welcome all comments. Keep in mind this is all done as an online collaboration effort sharing MP3's so our quality is not as good as if we used waves but that takes up a lot of space to do.

Actually yes, Never Quit has an even stronger chorus, although Rising Stars seems to be the first thing to play in my head when I think about this project.

Never Quit is monumental. I love how much it opens up when the chorus hits. It's like emerging from a dark cavern to sprawling vistas.
