The song "Beautiful" and perhaps my most rewarding musical moment..
We never finished it so it still is in the original demo form but every now and then I would play my Sterling30 songs for the customers in my limo and and I've had some quite memorable reactions to them at times. The most memorable was a couple in the back who were fighting with each other and sitting as far away from each other as possible. Then the song "Beautiful" came on the audio and they quieted down. And as the last verse of the song played he was holding his girlfriend in his arms and singing the last verse to her. That was a very rewarding moment for me..

Gregg, why don't you upload it onto your page here. If you can stay away from vaccines and conspiracy crap and posting junk in this forum perhaps you can gain a following. I happen to think a number of your songs are decent, that I've heard.

Thanks for the kind words Stoneman. I've had plenty of affirmations on my songs from random people thanks mainly to the gifted singers I was fortunate to have but the one with the very hostile couple making up during the song "Beautiful" was by far the best. It was one of the first demos done and I just forgot about it till recently. It's supposed to have electric intro and background with a lighter version of the vocals and if I can ever get the singer off his couch we still might get it done right.., we'll see.

Damn Gregg! You have some FANTASTIC MUSIC posted at SoundClick. That stuff's as fantastic as anything "I Remember Still" having listened to during the sixties and seventies. Wow. Such simply Good Music with Great Melodies and some REALLY Great Singers. And this stuff got deleted from here? Why?? Wow! "This Is Why" is what's playing right now... well... actually "Guilty" has just started... and these lyrics seem appropriately "synchronized"... as answers to my typed question... damn.

Thank you Muse. I never wrote a real song until after meeting my dear friend Stephanie. The majority of them in one way or another were inspired by her.

Stephanie passed in 1980, I was very fortunate to know her. I was 22 when I wrote that so we were both very young.
I was hoping to expand that into a symphony one day but with my business along 100's of 1000's of other being ruined by the fake pandemic and then some health problems that came later, I'm not sure that will be happening now.

Oh I have been blessed, thanks for the kind thoughts. Ans Stephanie is still around, she has her ways of letting me know when she's close by..
After she passed in 1980 I lost all interest in music and had no plan on ever returning to it but I did want to complete the classical bit I wrote for her. So I had to pick up an acoustic to work it out for the sound engineer I later hired and I found I still had a few songs left in me. So we got it finished about '97 I believe and I'll never forget while working on it the entire studio shut down, computer, mixer, synth, everything. And Pete the sound guy did everything to get the system working again to no avail. So after about an hour of nothing working of I leaned back in my chair and said very loudly... "Stephanie.., Stop It!"
And within just a few seconds the entire studio powered back on. Pete almost jumped out of his skin but I was not surprised at all. Stephanie can still be a bad girl..

Wow. Love that! People NEED TO KNOW THAT! Those things called "synchronicity" and "ironic" occurrences ARE REAL! And SURELY part of our "reality". Amen!
