two very different songs
"every woman's" done many years ago, tho produced recently, and quite simple. does anyone wanna skewer the renaissance references??? i was told by a garageband reviewer that these were "sick."
"broken english" on the other hand, references an english poem dawson, and like the layers of an onion (see the lyrics & notes), reminds me many years ago i started essays entitled "singers," spending much time & energy expounding on the lyric side of the beatles, bob dylan, bruce springsteen, patti smith, and a few others, while i was living in a flat in the haight ashberry.
hopefully, will post a few of these essays in the coming weeks...
