The Beatles... Individual Tracks!!!!!!!!

I found this on you tube, somehow the guy Isolated individual tracks from Sgt Pepper. Including With a little help from my friends, She's Leaving home etc.
Tracks are isolated , including Backing Vocals, Guitars, Bass...
Listening to this I feel closer to the Beatles because I can hear them stripped down. Some of the backing vocals sound weak on their own, especially on She's leaving home. Its interesting to hear the guitars, especially Paul's Bass isolated. I can hear they put alot of verb on his Rickenbacker...I will need to try that
This is interesting, the sum of the parts together created magic...alone they just sound like you and I in our Bedroom trying to get a good take. Yes the Beatles put their pants on one leg at a time like all of us
This is gold, not sure where they came from.

Listening to Paul's Lead Vocals ISOLATED (with a faint scratch track & only JOHN"s vocals in the background) - fuckin' RULED and brought a tear to my eye.....
He's Human! AND so is one of my GREATEST idols of all time, John.
Hearing him ISOLATED like that as well, was amazing... you can even hear him sigh in impatience for having to wait 'til his part !!
Crazy.
The TRUE genuis, was in the COLLABORATION, like with the music of MANY of us here on IAC.

If you LIKED The Beatles, and the EARLY 60's - then ya just might dig THIS short stroll down memory lane, called simply:
"Shake, Rattle & Roll, Be-bop Skooby-daaa"
Hearin' both My absolute HERO John's imperfections & unique vocal stylins', and Paul's very HUMAN performance on the isolated tracks, REALLY made me feel good.

Just one question.
Paul is still alive, and it seems like he's STILL the perfectionist regarding his IMAGE..... why is he willing to let out the isolated tracks for his voice that show his own imperfections, most clearly?
Maybe I pegged him wrong, he's obviously bigger than that, and happy to reveal this never before opened (to the general public) SIDE of himself & The Beatles.
Again, thanks for turnin' me on to this Jeff.
"She's Leaving Home" has always been one of my FAVOURITES by them.

I would hate my individual tracks posted..... :)
Just about everyone sounds bad when the voice is isolated, especially background tracks. Its almost like you have to sing a bit off key to make it stick...it is very strange. I am always amazed when tracks come together and sound good after auditioning them separately.

If Paul could approve Cirque de Soleil, I don't think he's as protective of the music or image as he used to be. And besides, a documentary by George Martin showed all of the isolated tracks from Pepper years ago, so it's not a new thing.
As someone who has worked with several members of Beatlemania I can say with certainty that Ringo was the most furious over the whole thing and tried to sue the producers.

I saw the Pepper documentary, they showed the isolated tracks rather quickly...not like this where you can listen to the whole song....
The opening of Paul's 2002 tour reminded me of circus solie, He has always loved the avant garde, artsy world. The music to "Love" is rather good, the mixes of Beatle music were signed off on by Paul, Ringo, Olivia Harrison, and Yoko. George Martin and his Son worked on it.
As for the "Beatlemania" show, My dad took me in 79, its funny to think the show was only nine years after they broke up... to me it seemed like a hundred years. Of course nine years was 65% of my life at the time.
This has to come straight from the masters somehow, These are actual isolated tracks... Very interesting...

Years ago knew a karaoke singer who had a machine that strips away the vocals from non-multi track stereo recordings. But you can still hear slight traces of the music in the background. With the technology available today I'm sure that you could isolate tracks on a stereo recording by using elaborate EQ and other tricks.
The tracks on You Tube have a lof of leakage from other tracks leading me to believe that they didn't have access to the original master. If they had the original master you wouldn't hear so much noise from other tracks. (imo)
On Beatlemania - The biggest thrill of my musical life was working with Beatlemania alumni: Joe Pecorino, Mitch Weiss, John Merjave, and Glen Burtnik. They are the nicest, funniest, most generous and talented people I've ever worked with and they gave me the confidence and encouragement to keep reaching for my dream and honing my craft. I'm still in touch with two of them and plan to work with them again.

Not sure about that Richard, the leakage seems to be coming from head phones. These don't seem to be stripped down with a program, they are surgical. I believe what you are hearing is the actual 4 track masters. You can hear everything from the tracks, even one of them humming the harmony just before they begin to sing...... I don't think what you described can do this, but I could be wrong.
However its done, its very interesting...

I feel certain that either Paul or Yoko will take it off You Tube soon. Thanks, Jeff for turning us on to it before it goes. I wish there was a way of saving it. I guess the sound could be recorded to a separate tape recorder. The video doesn't matter much.

When I record my songs, I examine each of my 8 tracks and remove the sections where I inhaled to take a breath, when I accidently bumped the microphone, or picked up guitar noise.

If you're really interested (like I am), get yourself a newsreader (like www.newsbin.com) and check out the above groups. It's all there, including stuff you never imagined. And Paul can't do anything about it. Oh, and you'll need a sub_scription to a decent usenet provider, like giganews.com.
