It has been many years since I began playing the piano. Not that I am that good at it, but the experience does not compare to learning the guitar!! With the piano, as long as you hit the right notes, they sound good, with the guitar, not only you have to hit the notes on something that looks all the same, but if you are not perfectly on the strings, they sound like sh.....t.
It is going to be a steep learning curve, but I love the sound and freedom of a guitar, so I am determined. One day I am going to play and sing "If I could play the guitar", on a guitar. That day I will be a very happy man.
