Problems...what problems...My Heart goest to the victims of the tsunami in Samoa and the earthquakes in Indonesia
When disasters like these happen, I realize how insignificant some of my own worries and problems are.
My heart goes to all those affected by the recent disasters in the Asia Pacific region.
It is difficult to imagine what these people are going through. I saw in the news that an Australian lady went to Samoa to celebrate her 50th birthday. A gift from her husband. He survived, but she did not. There must be hundreds of stories like this. Thousands in Indonesia with at least one thousand reported dead already from the earthquakes...

It brought back all the horror of the 2004 tsunami to me. So many beautiful places are affected by the ever shifting earth faults, the whole area is so fragile. It seems sometimes as if bad things are destined to ruin idylic places. I see horrible wars with a backdrop of amazing scenery on TV, of course those of man made and man has no control over tragedies like this.

God Bless all of the victims and survivors. Thankfully, one of our own iac artists here "Rief" and his family were out of harms way during the big Indonesia tsunami. I can not imagine the devistations that have to be dealt with now and forever.

I just think that our lives and this world are somewhat a miracle that we should not take for granted.
Nature as beautiful as it may be as enough things in it that can destroy us in seconds, without humans going out of their way to create more destructive means like terrorism, wars and weapons of mass destruction. We should try to help each other, not kill each other.
