In 2023 I walked 4300 kilomters -total 5.5 million steps
My wife added up all my apple watch daily steps and exercises and it is the Equivalent of walking from White Rock BC to Toronto Ontario. Thats a lot of walking, put on your walking shoes ,start walking

Great job man! Big Congrats and keep at it for another year. My goal is to reclaim my championship this year. Tournament in July and I am getting ready. Iuse to walk 5 miles a day but I came down with neropathy in my feet and had to stop. I do miss it though. So, I say, enjoy the walk while you can. As we age we never know what we won't be able to do anymore. Happy New Year!

During the pandemic my hubby and I started walking everywhere and to this day I now walk to the shops instead of taking the car as often as I can. As a result my sciatica has cured itself and my energy is much improved, my weight is perfect for my height and all in all walking has transformed my health!!
I only drive to the supermarket if I really have to and we now use the small high street shops on foot now which is good for the local economy as well so all in all a win.

Awesome Chandra. health is everything, one has to ensure to get exercise, get out into nature walks when possible, that can be uplifting and meditate. good job on being active

My average over winter so far this year is
11,232 steps per day which = 4,000,000+
per year! In the summer it is a lot more!
