Blue Voodoo bassist is playing with the stars in the heavens
Gerry Berg passed away last month, there was a memorial last Monday Oct 5th
Gerry was a awesome human very humble kind and generous. Gerry was a groove master on the Bass, I gigged with him and the blue voodoo on numerous occasion's. Sharp smart and funny, he always came prepared at gigs , He always came to the gigs in style.
He was in number of other bands one which was Bowser Moon a local band back in the 70s 80s he was guitar tech at I believe commercial electronics in Vancouver and toured with Bryan Adam’s in the 80s as his guitar tech guy.
He worked on the Gretsch guitar that is in my updated profile photo, it is my wife's guitar which she inherited , pretty cool sweet guitar
Gerry will be missed but not forgotten
take care friends, life flashes by like time ticks quicker every day, every day I wake up is a bonus
