Tom O'Brien and I wrote this together and recorded it together across the distance. Matt Perez played the drums. This recording was the most collaborative thing I was ever part of.

It's a great work in progress. As always I love your vocals. I think you have one of the few really "alternative" voices around here. The song shows true creativity and imagination, two elements sorely lacking in music today.

Thanks, Richard. I am loving making this music with Tom O'Brien. He is singing the other voice. He's the keys the bass, the electric that matches the bass. I'm the piano, the acoustic, the other electric, and the synth. Matt Perez plays the drums.

The strange thing Tom plays on the keys that we did all this work on top of is some polyrhythm, but I forget what the math is on this one. We're working on a series of things of this nature. It seems revolutionary to me, though I don't know that the world will notice it.

I sent the files to Tom, and he was going to maybe mess a little, but it may be about done and ready for final mixing.

I am so jealous of both of you right now. I wish that I had the ability to collaborate over distances... but there is no possibility (for the time being) of being able to do this or of picking up the equipment or time.
This is a really good song, guys. I love hearing new things from you guys and this is a good one.
