Mastering
Hello everyone - at last I've got the ten tracks for my new album ready for mastering which is happening on Dec 16th. What it means is I'll be taking down my demo tracks soon and then re-uploading the mastered tracks soon after and I'll be holding an album launch here in Bristol some time in the Spring and uploading them to all the usual platforms to join my other two albums but you'll be able to listen to the finished versions here for always.
None of the other platforms give any feedback or support and the amount I earn from streaming the first two albums and online sales is minimal.
Selling hard copies of the CDs is the only thing that pays but most people listen online now, so it's a good thing I'm not in it for the money!!!!
My first album Full Circle paid for itself easily in actual CD sales, the second one covered its costs and I know this one will actually have cost me money to produce that I won't recoup but I have always liked to get them properly recorded and mastered even if I don't sell many hard copies.
Anyway - I'm rambling but just checking in with you all as I've been busy getting the album finished!
