Trust me! it's not a tool, it's a song writing software, Tools are voices, Instruments, Amps, keyboards, recording software, microphones, ETC, not AI,,, it's a song writing software! Any artist who uses AI to create music to there already existing lyrics will only be able to copyright the lyrics, but the AI generated music cannot be copyrighted, but it also means that the music it created or you had it create, can be used in other songs!. Creating complete songs using AI means you can never copyright them, unless you do most of the creating using AI. The human element has to be complete in the use of the software. Then it can be copyrighted. If you have to do most of the work using AI, what's the point in using it, you might as well do ALL the work creating the song yourself. One way AI could be used, is maybe fixing a note problem that is flat or not quite in Q with he song, which usually recording software has that option or maybe using it for mixing or mastering. Voice correction. But as far as creativity goes, that is the artists job! What ever you use AI for, lands on your conscience as a music creator. You will always know that the song you created using AI will never really completely be yours. There you have it!

hmmm its okay, although i can upload my existing organic piano songs and other compositions already to suno and develop them further, suno is far superior. and i like to see a free crack at this musicGTP thing and it is way limited, they want money like right now. so thanks for the post and info Wes. not for me, I can do all this stuff with out help from either Suno or musicGTP i am already great lol

I agree, Bryon. Suno is definitely the top-shelf app for music creation. MusicGPT has crappy drums. It's weak. But I will still play around with it for free.

Wes, I am fully aware of what is and is not mine when I experiment with AI. But I am not afraid of it. I have fun with the technology. I have no guilt or shame when it comes to playing with AI. I am proud of all my work. And I am always writing new songs, anyway. I do all my actual creating outside of the AI environment. I've been doing it since the 1960s. Party on, man.

What a bunch of Crap Wes. I have songs I have created , and have augmented them as reprises using my own DAW and sounds from my Roland Fantom XR MODULE

so I have a number that are classical where I redo them and release them with the same piano compositions, ( I am a trained classical music pianist as well i can say i am a jazz master as well) So I upload the new works, and they are reprises same piano different arrangement with the Strings and Orchestra.'

Now are you telling me , that when i use Suno with my original piano composition recording and put strings or orchestra to it that it is not mine if i use Suno for layering it with their strings violins or orchestra, you are so full of it it is astounding, I have registered these songs, and the new releases at my P R O with SOCAN and they are collecting royalties, so Wes, put that in your pipe and smoke it allllllll upppppp

and I may add I have copyrighted them , geez bud , come on , you think you know and preach to us, but obviously you really dont know!!

I just listened to some of your music on the site you have here & the other site where you have the AI generated music & I see why you use AI. It's pretty clear!
There's a really big difference of Quality on the music you have on the site listed here compared to your AI generated music site you also have.
You can keep fooling yourself, but you & Bryon are not fooling me.
I don't understand why Bryon needs to use AI a all? He seems to take great pride is in music abilities!

When I use Ai, I note it as such here!! Ai is Ai assisted, and the original tunes are mine and build them out, I have enough equipment in my studio to do all what Ai does, and have produced some pretty fine works, yet with Ai Assisted embellishing my songs especially the classical songs is a great way to enhance the tunages, and its faster, and like I said before using Suno gives great ideas to add to existing and newer works,

I had a few of his songs on my stations. This is just too weird. To get this bent out of shape over a damned software program is beyond comprehension. And yes, his cover of Michelle is good. I had it on my Names and Faces station. But not anymore. No one needs this level of disrespect. I will never add him to any of my stations again.
