Bands in Peterhead
In the 80,s and even 90,s tthere was loads of bands and artists doing music and artful things. Loads of gigs to go to mostly free entry and cheap drink. The venues were packed we would have a great time.
Then everything changd in 00,s drugs hit Peterhead in a big way. It was always there but always hidden and you had to be careful if you did like that kind of thing.
Then Gen Z came along they could not get enough of it after that Peterhead turned into a junkies paradise. I have lost count how much friends and mates. I have lost over the years. It is really sad in a told you this would happen but you would not listen. Now your dead. I can,t help you anymore.
This is the longest day of the year for some people there is not enough time in the world. Always on the hunt for there next fix. Does not matter what day it is or time of year. Next fix please after that one another one. And so it goes on until there dead. Some people do however break the cycle

So True, thanks for the reminder, its bad in vancouver skid row and gastown china town areas, its like World War Z , people bent over and zombies like out of it strange world feel. I could say more but we know who all is distributing this destructive crap. evil people,

This is the part that grinds my gears. Really articulate intelligent people who would normally be a high flyer in soceity. Absolutely destroyed by drugs and drink someone who you could sit down with and have deep debate about something very important. Gone with the wind

I played twice at a nightclub in Peterhead as "Data Thieves" in the early 2000s, it was called either "Passion", or "Trauma", and the place was so full of Es and coke.
Luckily for me I had a bad reaction to a "dove", so I never really got into them as a result.
