Can I Get With You-Stoneman
I like to meld the old with the new. In this song I created some heavy funk flavors and then married them with some old school Hip-Hop beats. The Result is a dance song with Funk Hop elements. My favorite part is my little sax solo near the end. Did 20 takes on that one but it works I think. What do you think?

Just heard this song, and interestingly, I have a (as of yet unreleased) song
with a similar beat. But I am still in the production stage on that one, trying to give it a Prince feel to it (still looking for the right vocalist for it),
I like your song very much, though I think that bass drum is a bit loud, but then again, that might be intentional.
The message is good. I like most of your songwriting.
Maybe I can send you an already recorded music track
you can write lyrics to and sing?
I would like that!

Thank you for your kind words about my music. I truly appreciate the listen and the critique. Also, I would love to collaborate with you on a song. Unfortunately, my current production schedule is full until late February or so as I am currently working on new CD. However, if you are still interested at that time I will certainly give your music tracks a listen to see if they inspire anything in me. I never force a lyric or melody. They have to just naturally affect me in some way. Also, I don't do any collaborating without first having a written 50/50 collaboration agreement in place before I do any work. For me, the business part must be handled first. Thanks so much for the offer to collaborate though.
Much Respect,
Stoneman
