I wrote this song for my daughter, because it upset me so much to hear her getting upset herself over boyfriends that would either give her up or mess her around. When this happens to your daughter you feel the pain yourself. Yes I know, we all did it when we were young, and yes it is part of growing up.

Very tender and touching song about a problem near and dear to all fathers with daughters. Very familiar chord progression. Wonderful lyrics. Strong vocals and descent synth work. Guitar work is right on point here with some cool lead parts intertwined within the song. Solid idea with strong song crafting.
