i think it needs some tweaking... and am ok with it since it's already in place and is a legal path for some to follow.
I don't know what the cap numbers are but I think that's an important part of the equation in re-evaluating what to do with it. but it should be part of the over-all immigration number.

Seem to recall John Lennon being a real level headed guy until he teamed up with Yoko, then went off the deep end, all hell broke loose with him trying to impress her by saying the dumbest things imaginable..., we all recall those episodes.
Now we have another version of that story with Colin Kaepernick teaming up with some hot social activist who recently cost him a job in the NFL by slandering the owner of the team that was going to sign him. We still love Colin like we loved John but when they started letting the skirts run their professional lives it was all downhill for both of them.
I wonder if the same may have happened to FT as well. When he first surfaced on mp3.com he did seem rather shy and reserved and always trying to please everyone with words of encouragement, ect.., and then he hooked up with this female artist who I'll just say had the devil in her eyes.. And that was the point he really went off the deep end, causing havoc and hysteria everywhere they traveled together. They must have ran up at least 50 bannings or more, it was one of the saddest episodes in the entire history of human depravity and it all began when that evil woman entered his life.
Did she see him as easy prey who could easily be manipulated to do her sinful bidding as the other two damsels earlier mentioned are guilty of? I would say quite obviously yes. Does that absolve FT of his recent offenses in light of the fact he just isn't always capable of responsible behavior due to the harm that dangerous woman did to him? Obviously the answer is no.
But John showed definite signs he was returning to normal in his later years and we can only hope Colin will do the same soon. But is there really any hope for FT??? I would like to think the answer is yes. But he must man up and admit his poor judgement and be truly repentant for his recent inexcusable behavior, soon.

Poor Rod, another musical tragedy that could've been prevented. Though the prevailing wisdom says he got the ax because John was jealous of him being Brian's favorite, I think there was another person involved as well. But I I'll keep my cards close to my chest on this one.., no need to summon that spirit again..
But back on topic... The ridicules charges you are bringing against Jeff and others hold absolutely no water at all, Obama is grandstanding on this issue just as you are but look how he dealt with the matter as president? And you were AWOL as well but now you expect to be taken seriously?
IMHO, of course people born here should be allowed to remain and I think Trump really wants that too. But there is a legislative process that must be followed and that's the way it has to be handled. I'm pulling for the dreamers already here now myself but I also agree with Trump that it's time young Americans can start dreaming again as well..
