Has humanity ever really evolved???

Wise words that a former member of the old Purple Gang of Detroit once shared with me. That evolution is a myth and that man is the same savage today as he was throughout millennia. And that one day I would come to realize that the world is the way it is because it has to be this way,

I would still like to believe that if humanity could ever learn to live in harmony with nature most of the evils of the world would disappear but where do you begin? I still believe had we invested all the resources wasted on the wars during the last century into the third world we would all be much better off today. But how do you stop the geometrical population growth that fuels disease, poverty and wars when most people cannot ever grasp the concept.

Birds cannot help from over populating so as a result 80% starve to death but should so much of humanity condemned to a similar fate?

Problem is some Humans love control, some bully their way throughout life and end up as usurpers, manipulating their way into domination of others to the detriment of society, this has gone on in every stage of the human cycle, and every civilization creeds colors etc we will soon have a peaceful society upon the return of Christ and the millennial era of peace, then another Satanic attempt to overthrow but that will fail

What are the seven stages of society?

The Cycle of Civilization: Where We Are & Where to Next ...
Cycle of Civilization Literature

Quigley offered, in The Evolution of Civilizations (1961), seven stages of a civilization's change: mixture, gestation, expansion, age of conflict, universal empire, decay, and invasion.

I recall a conversation with a person from Bangladesh, one of the poorest and most overpopulated regions of the world. And I asked him if we took a 100 square mile section of the country and made it as beautiful as any place on earth and then allowed the locals to live there if they followed just one rule, that family sizes cannot on average exceed 2 children per family would the people there accept that and by doing so escape their grinding poverty and insuring a decent future for their children and he responded.., absolutely yes.

Well he was only speaking for himself but to see how the Dalits (Untouchables) must live why wouldn't many more also be agreeable? And the choice would be theirs to make for themselves, they could choose a better path or remain in grinding poverty. Mothers would no longer have to sell their daughters as "Temple Dancers" so they would have a better life than them and in time, if the concept could spread throughout the entire region the people there and other similar impoverished regions of the world might create a much better world for themselves and their offspring.

In the wild female wolves will often often seek out the dens of other female wolves and if given the opportunity, will kill their pups in order to increase the chances of survival for their own offspring. (And not all wolves have 4 legs.,,) And birds will often foul the nests of their rivals for the same purpose.

But again so many cannot grasp the concept of living in harmony with nature. And others instinctively know when their future generations are being targeted for extinction and react accordingly with preemptive actions. But in the end everyone must suffer, both the weak and the strong. There has to be a better way,

Yes. You are correct. Look at how Noah "did it" in the bible. "Numbering" things "appropriately" makes sense and yet in the book of Revelation "numbering" is considered as being bad, evil, and "anti-Christian"... wtf???

The Catholic Church created many of the World's problems by encouraging exponential population growth, had they just done a few basic math equations the Irish famine and countless wars might have been avoided, not to mention that North America might still belong to the natives.

I had a taste of the reality large families often face. College was not an option for me having a father who couldn't work and as my mother explained, "She had other kids to raise." But still I rarely went hungry and my experience was nothing compared to what far to many people are experiencing today so I don't complain. But I've always been a friend to the homeless, making sure they had a good meal and an extra 10 to 20 dollars in their pocket. But that wasn't enough and I and many more of us may be among them one day.
