Nope... the Repubs faqed this up after claiming to have a better answer for years.
I still don't agree Healthcare should be mandated.
It's not fair... people eat crappy food, smoke, drink, do drugs and then get sick and everyone else has to pay for their choices.
Not saying no one deserves a free ride... there are plenty of people that we need to support that can't help themselves.

I do enough of that as it is.
But I am TOTALLY against, as in fight to the death,
against, mandating healthcare. How fucking dare anybody get off

Many of us, including myself,
have all sorts of conservative elements to us,
(Oh boy, believe me, I do... don't get me started please, I said please)
but it is more than it is not, a Liberal-Leaning Nation.

they're trying to sell this, when people want that.

and cannot afford any?

I really don't know.
I do know that it's my considered opinion

To further my point as it forms in me head....
like,
sure, I can see the concept about free market enterprise,
and that certainly it's probably better the government
doesn't have a grip on all of it...
but, yet, some of it? for those whom the free market system fails?
you really, you who call yourselves Libertarians,
are okay with saying 'go die', to those who cannot afford it?
See, I object to the very term 'healthcare'.
It is health business, maybe. "health enterprise".... perhaps...
'healthcare' per se, it is not.
Because, if, if it were about care....
then it'd be free.
That's my argument.
So, it's a business,
to put it charitably,
or a racket, to be more blunt.
A racket, more to the point,
which makes it's money,
not seeing people be well,
but keeping them sick.
That's where the big money is,
not curing stuff, 'treating' it.

Okay, first of all,
I cannot pretend I know everything of 'the system' as such as is...
like, I don't even know what the fuck a 'single payer' thing is...
more terms to confuse if you ask me, and no one does.
your argument, about protecting citizens, from violence, and fraud,
well that includes that done to people by private sector,
including, oh, the insurance industry, the pharmaceutical industry,
the medical industry itself, all there not because anyone cares
for people, but because they all care to make a buck, and plenty of 'em.
it may be, that what I am, is but a dreamer,
someone with no conception,
of the cesspool, that it all really is.
Then again, I seem to have some idea.
And I think shit like this, will be why God destroys the world,
and it may be coming soon.

going to play guitar? That's a good thing. You should do more of that.
Maybe write some songs sometime... you should do more of that too
in my humble opinion...
and yeah, the more you talk about stuff,
the more it seems like the answers are actually not quite so easily found,
and then, then it's time to do something else, I agree,
play some guitar, sounds good, let's go do that.
