Sometimes Trump makes outrageous decisions
Man this Tariff thing is killing us here in Canada
And whats up with Trump saying the USA has more Oil then Canada
Alberta has so much more then the top oil producing states in the US
and then he says they dont need our Canadian Oil
Factoid, In the early 2000s, U.S. oil production had been declining for more than 20 years. By 2005, it dropped to its lowest level since 1949 so the US had to shop around to increase the oil gas etc due to the demand
Also In 2024, Canada supplied 62 per cent of American oil imports !!
So Trump sometimes does not know what the hell he is talking about
Do I like Trump, not sure anymore since this current term he seems to be giving
Canada the bums rush
Think I wont ever travel to the US again like many other Canadians,
and as for being the 51st state, no thank you, you can shove that one where the sun dont shine bud.
We are a sovereign nation, and are far richer then many know. the thing is we have had a bunch of dolts for prime ministers and the liberal government has Fkd us big time, its time for a change and hopefully this election on April 28 will offer something better for our country, because we have been suffering under the current government, mass immigration, the fentanyl crisis, big increase in homelessness, and not developing our natural resources enough due to the policies of a idiotic tyrannical leader Trudeau, and his numb nuts ministers.
Go Conservatives, lets Bring it Home for a Change and get Canada back on Track 1!

The U.S. became "oil independent" (with plenty to sell outside of the United States) during Trump's 1st term as president. Biden changed all that. So, "a 3 year old autistic kid" WOULD BE "a better president" than "him"... NOT Trump.

Essentially my viewpoint was about the USA Tariff situation being assessed on Canada and other circumstances that have affected our country such as mass immigration due to policies by the current liberal government of Canada.
Other situations we are dealing with is the horrendous amount of drugs coming in from China, Mexico and India specifically fentanyl which has taken 50000 peoples lives mostly men and a lot of trades people and unhoused individuals, it is a crisis here as it is in the USA.
The current liberal government of Canada with PM Trudeau directing our country has been an absolute nightmare, his policies of not developing our natural resources and keeping oil and gas and LNG in the ground through Bill C 69 has hamstrung the country.
Also the Mining exploration and development has been brought to a standstill during the Liberal term with the NDP support has been a nightmare, no new mining for rare earth minerals as well as other aspects of mining has been on the shelf for a decade, literally preventing the economic growth of our economy.
The only saving grace is Alberta's contracts in delivering Oil and gas via existing pipelines to the USA has been unaffected
This is a big election issue and hopefully with the Conservatives getting back in to correct the situation so Canada can develop its resources in all areas throughout the country
