Ainjel Emme
Easier
Like falling in love/lust, you know instantly. Superb backing and great riffs from drum kit, keyboard, bass guitar, and I love Ainjel's silky sliding vocal. Wonderfully commercial too in it's vocal harmonies and string arrangements - I can see this song as being strong enough for mainstream airplay and charting nationally if not even internationally. I have yet to hear a song I don't like from AE.

Superb sound from SuperPuss! Beautifully balanced in its mix and arrangements. Too much of this genre of music is crude by comparison to this. Very relaxing but also draws you in to listen.

Corkscrew
WOW! DK's voice blows me away on this song! Beyond words - Just awesome talent. I never knew her but her Spirit will always be remembered through her music and "Corkscrew" is the song that does it for me. Simply exceptional and sung directly from the soul - No messin'!!

Stain
7 minutes of beautifully structured rock with very strong Roger Waters/Pink Floyd influences. The background voice ranting is dramatic and the storytelling very effective. When the electric guitar starts it has me reaching for the volume control - A glorious fret wank and tastily tight playing.

Ruby Tuesday
To be able to do a good cover version of an already well-established song is a real test of an artist - Rachel more than succeeds with this classic track.

Cats Sleeping On Clouds (Radio Edit)
Serene sound. As a Native American woodwind (Minor key) flute player I especially enjoy the Japanese shakuhachi. This one appropriately flutters on this track. This track totally relaxes - serenely.

She Moves Like This
Plenty goin 'down on this song - Great voice and particularly excellent lyrics - This song moves beautifully and naturally without being either self-indulgent or contrived. She Moves Like This - Celebrates womanhood!

Keep On Moving
I'm a sucker for sultry voices like this, but the rest has to be good too - and it is! Cool melody and solid backing with plenty going on without getting too contrived. Cooool sound.

Glittering Cities
It's bugging me who Susan's voice reminds me of - There's a strong hint of a "White" Joan Armatrading at her best. The rhythms in this song are great and I particularly like the gritty keyboard hook. A very rich production but in balance with Susan's voice. Perhaps I'm reminded of Susan Raven!

Soooo laid back and with touches of Zero7 and that sultry female lead vocal (again!!). Nice piano lead in to a subtle melody which is richly produced. I would have liked to have heard those keyboards let loose at some stage or even an electric guitar break or lead out. I'm finding it difficult not to select ALL this band's music for my station.

Stik
Stiks Blues
Yes, Stik makes a very classic Blues track his very own. He stays within the Blues sound and song you expect but somehow manages to take it off somewhere else without losing either you, the song, or himself! This could so easily have been what I would describe as a 'fret wank' but it's original and excellent and shows off Stik's indisputable skill.
