If that's really your first song recorded, congrats, you are amazing. okay it's a catchy tune and you sing it great, but I'd like to skip to the lyrics. I don't think I've ever heard a more persuasive song about why you shouldn't be so quick to cross the threshold. So many folks out there don't wake up to see a smile on their partner's face, let's just say that.

I have an artist friend who has 2 songs about marriage with a similar political bend, I should encourage him to upload them here so I could start a station with yours. :) One of the joys of this site is that you can do stations on any theme you want. Anyway there is always demand for intelligent songs so keep them coming. Also I'd recommend you stop by the pipeline and introduce yourself, a lot of station managers post there and how could they not like this?

Thanks for the feedback, i've had a couple of nice comments now which was a real surprise. Yea it was the first song i wrote, i'd written 3 poems but i'd not done anything with them. Glad you felt persuaded not ranted at!

A not getting married station - sounds great! The divorce song is cool.

I don't quite understand the pipeline thing yet!

I like that song too. The site CEO turned me on to it, in fact.

I just stopped by to tell you quickly about the pipeline. You must be logged in. Then you hit that moving banner on the right side top of the page. What it is is an integrated blog. You can start your own blog topics and others will respond, or you can just jump in to any of the discussions, it's a pretty smart crowd and songwriting is something they like to talk about often.

The Pipeline is a bunch of individual blogs to which everyone has an integrated access, if that makes any sense.

It's just a bunch of musically oriented people talking, and most often, telling the truth as they see it, if that interests you.

And. Good luck in your musical endeavors! I have to listen later, but I will.

Very good singing and song form. This is very fresh, unique and original. I liked it a lot. Although I have differenet views about getting married, I did enjoy hearing your perspective through your music. Impressive and fun.
