Holworks Music (Higher Order Language Works) is a small, veteran-owned independent music publishing company based in Fayetteville, North Carolina, founded in 2008 by Mark S. Holman. It started as a way to secure copyrights and share original songs and has grown into a dedicated effort to create and release wholesome, soul-driven storytelling music meant to be enjoyed by anyone for a lifetime.
The music blends indie, country, rock, folk, singer-songwriter, pop-reggae, hard rock, and related styles. Tracks emphasize original stories drawn from real-life experiences, “soul speak,” and positive/uplifting (yet honest) themes—heartfelt material with no filler.
Meristolis handles vocals and production elements, with Holman (keyboards, songwriting, final production) at the center; it has expanded from a one-man effort into collaborations with other musicians.Mission: Provide wholesome original music to be enjoyed by anyone for a lifetime. Notable ongoing work includes the Tombstone Chronicles series (multiple volumes of new recordings and reimagined material; one track noted as representing the 200th chronicle/story). I am adding songs that you can add or not. Your choice not mine. These songs are polished radio ready tunes to enliven your spirit, or not. Yes, I use stems from Ai. I also record my own. I prefer playing piano, strings, and organ to add fills and foundation. Yes, the songs pass the Porch Light Pencil Test for me. Lift the chest, lift the mind! Enjoy music from a NC resident.

XXX= Songs NOT Playing! =XXX
ONLY the 1st one at top of page plays "properly". All the others, I have to open the song page and click on the top player. The regular site player shows no song "length" and will not play. So, radio stations here at IMP will "stall" whenever your song appears.
