Loren Murrell could be described as "prolific," but that might be an understatement. Now putting the finishing touches on his third album in the past year and a half he hopes to tickle the heart-strings and upheave the deep-dwelling yet so similar feelings we all have as human beings with his very honest music.
      Hailing from Michigan and now relocated to Los Angeles, his live performance gives the stunning impression of a complete orchestral arrangement yet the simplicity, in reality, that he is a man with a guitar or piano. Although most solo performances seem to be simply that, one only wants to be let in on his secret scores and hear the bells & horns Loren arranges with accuracy and applicability. He vibratos, tremolos, and falsettos with ease and grace, almost hauntingly and as a gentle reminder of the timid beauty in dynamic.
