Holdin' down the #1 AND #2 spots on the Guitar Instrumental charts?
Wow. Our first #1! I feel... devirginized. :) Self Destruct Sequence is #1 right now and 53rd OVERALL. I am very pleasantly surprised. The Circus Left Town is at #2. A few days ago I added a Sonic Maximizer to my master lineup and remixed and remastered this tune. It sounds a lot better, you really should have another listen. I'm finally getting the mixes I've been wanting.
Also remixed and remastered Through The Gates of The Unknown as well. It is MUCH improved.
Thanks to all who listen and vote for Grega and I's music. Your support really is appreciated. MORE TO COME!

cool Jesse, looks like I am strollin right behind you dude with my really sloppy recording of the song with the same namesake , I dont know why people like this tune, the recording quality is bad, I hate to say what I recorded it with. just nasty and embarrassing if I owned up what I used......

Thanks guys. I've got a new mix and remaster of Self Destruct Sequence coming up later today as well.
I'm doing OK in the contest. I've actually slowly but surely FALLEN in the ranks since the beginning. Go figure.

Jesse, keep in mind that whatever level you reach in the contest you did it by getting votes from individuals who really like your work rather than large groups of myspace friends or fan clubs who are asked to vote en masse. You can also feel proud that your songs did well without any inappropriate voting behavior on your part. You've already won.

Whoa Jesse, that is great shite dude, it has such good clarity and quality and better balance all around.very very cool stuff.
nice mix and improved considerably indeed. you are gaining a great reputation around here....get out touring or send that material of yours out.....it is bound to get some ears perked up at some indie label.....very nice indeed, it seems you added some different touches at the end of the song. is that right. did i detect a different ending and a couple of different bass lines going on or are the levels up more
keep working it, you got good stuff happening...

Thanks Rich and Bryon. :) I've been voting for both you guys, you're doing well. Speaking of which, I need to go get today's round done after I'm done typing this here message.
The SDS mix is exactly the same with the exception of maybe my rhythm guitars being a tad bit louder. Maybe it sounds different to you Bryon cuz you hadn't heard it since Tricko did the bass?
And without saying too much, a Europe MOVE is in store for me. Springtime is my goal. ;)

Congrats on attaining the "sonic improvement" you've been seeking - and on the chart status.
I think I'd better get back in the studio and see if I can join you up there. Hehe.

I'm late to the party on the congrats train here, Jesse, but this is awesome news! Congratulations, sir! You DO deserve it... you are an artist who is constantly seeking to stretch himself and improve his art. And his craft. And it shows.
Well done, and well-deserved!
